Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Global Professional Services Channel Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will design, deploy, and govern professional services programs that enhance partner capabilities in delivering complex enterprise solutions, with a focus on the VMware Cloud Foundation platform, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Expert Advantage Program to empower and incentivize specialized consulting services partners
• Act as the programmatic champion for VMware solutions, driving partner adoption and delivery readiness across critical technology pillars
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate global program health and partner performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and a Master's degree (MBA or relevant discipline)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or technology sector with a focus on Channel Program Management
• Advanced data literacy and proficiency in building executive-level reports and dashboards
• Strong working knowledge of VMware technologies, specifically the VMware Cloud Foundation platform architecture
• Proven track record of managing programs across multiple geographies while accounting for regional market nuances
