Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the lifecycle of complex clinical assay development projects, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage project execution, financial and risk management, and team development in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints
• Conduct financial reporting, manage expenditures, and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and decision-making
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, delivering status reports and facilitating collaborative project meetings to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, technical, or business field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10+ years of project management experience with a focus on large-scale, complex initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies within the Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industries
• Understanding of relevant regulations, including CLIA, CAP, GMP, NYSDOH, and FDA requirements
