Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional AI programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage AI initiatives to automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate requests, define scope, and build the AI program roadmap for automation initiatives
• Lead end-to-end program execution, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring launch readiness for AI solutions
• Define and track program KPIs, creating templates and practices to enhance repeatability and effectiveness across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles, leading cross-functional technology programs
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and workflow automation technologies
• Strong program management fundamentals, including roadmap management and risk management
• Solid technical fluency to engage in design discussions and evaluate feasibility with technical partners
• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience
