Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive major company programs, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members while managing daily activities and project schedules
• Oversee large cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and resolution of any issues that arise
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support program objectives, while creating routine PMO reports to communicate project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop new methods for achieving objectives
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
