Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the governance and operational management of enterprise applications, the remote Senior Program Manager will optimize and integrate platforms that support service delivery, automation, and business operations while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to align technology with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle and optimization of the enterprise application ecosystem, ensuring alignment with operational scalability and business priorities
• Lead platform-related projects, including workflow automation, systems integrations, and process standardization
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and platform enhancement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, technical program management, or related roles
• Experience with operational platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and similar tools
• Strong understanding of IT service management, workflow automation, and platform lifecycle management
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with evolving operational priorities in agile environments
• Experience in MSP, IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is preferred
