Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support and scale the global partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage customer lifecycle outcomes and VCF platform adoption through partners, while optimizing operational processes and driving partner performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize operational processes for customer onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals of the VCF platform
• Manage end-to-end incentive operations, including tracking, validation, and payout execution, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance partner effectiveness and improve operational efficiency across programs and reporting

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations
• Strong understanding of partner-led customer lifecycle models and experience supporting partner-facing roles
• Experience with partner programs, incentives, rebates, and payout operations
• Proficiency in building dashboards and KPI frameworks using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree required
