Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary decision maker for a large federal enterprise cloud platform, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage program delivery, performance, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with government and company leadership to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee program delivery, performance, and customer satisfaction as the main point of accountability
• Manage contractual obligations, scope, schedule, budget, and resources while leading program planning and execution
• Develop project managers and team leads, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience; education may be substituted for experience
• 5+ years managing technology service delivery programs in a SAFe environment
• Experience leading cloud platform or operations and maintenance programs
• Proven track record in managing contracts, budgets, and resources
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination
