Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing programs in a fully remote environment, the Senior Program Manager will manage federal contracts, partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders to ensure program excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program execution for federal contracts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables
• Partner with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives across the organization
• Oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, managing program risks, issues, and changes while ensuring compliance with federal regulations

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States, eligible for a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent project management experience
• PMP certification strongly preferred; required within the first year of employment if not currently held
• 10+ years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years with federal government contracts
• Strong experience managing multiple Agile delivery teams, with knowledge of Scrum and/or SAFe frameworks (SAFe certification required)
