Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple large-scale technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will be responsible for strategic project planning, coordination, and execution, working in a hybrid or remote environment from Raleigh, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including tasks, resource requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor and report on key project milestones while managing scope changes and resource constraints
• Provide direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3-5 years managing complex projects
• Experience in meeting facilitation and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated management, leadership, and teambuilding skills
