Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing operational support for federal health IT applications, the contracted Senior Program Manager will oversee O&M teams, ensure compliance with CDRL deadlines, and coordinate stakeholder communications in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance teams for production applications, ensuring timely reporting and quality control
• Coordinate transition-in and transition-out planning, incident escalation, and risk/action tracking
• Generate monthly progress reports detailing project status, issues, and compliance with HIPAA and Privacy Act training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Ten or more years of experience managing contracts or task orders in Health IT
• Experience with federal application sustainment teams and cybersecurity coordination
• Familiarity with DHA, MHS, VA, CMS, DoD health, or federal healthcare systems
• Experience managing systems involving PII, PHI, HIPAA compliance, and cybersecurity accreditation
