Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the optimization and scaling of fulfillment network infrastructure, the full-time Senior Program Manager will own long-term facility design strategy and drive multi-million-dollar capital projects, collaborating with executive leadership and external vendors in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Capitalize and lead end-to-end launch strategies for new fulfillment centers and major retrofits, managing CapEx budgets and timelines
• Define network-wide standards for storage capacity and layout engineering, integrating advanced automation to maximize efficiency
• Lead complex layout overhauls using advanced modeling tools, aligning design with inventory metrics and long-term forecasts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, fulfillment network planning, or large-scale logistics program management
• Proven track record of successfully managing $5M+ capital projects
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and data modeling tools such as SQL and Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams
