Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Customer-focused and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Program Manager will collaborate with neurologists, research scientists, and engineers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring high-quality analysis products that advance brain health, while working remotely or from office hubs in Boston, New York, or Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, adapting to changing customer needs and analysis approaches
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and decision-making
• Document and organize project requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
• Prior tech startup experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams
• Interest in analytics, statistics, and/or machine learning
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for capturing key takeaways and facilitating productive meetings
