Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Kestrel and FALCON efforts, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage overall program execution, including customer engagement, financial performance, and personnel management, while working remotely within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Program Manager responsible for Kestrel and FALCON execution, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of approximately 12-16 personnel across software engineering, data science, and technical support functions
• Own program financial management, including cost tracking, staffing plans, and coordination with finance and contracts teams

Required qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen with current DHS/CBP suitability
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, program management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in program management or related technical leadership roles
• Experience managing software, data science, or systems engineering programs
• Working knowledge of agile software development practices and tools, such as Jira and Confluence
