Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving alignment across cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will own end-to-end program management for large-scale product initiatives, ensuring successful launches and readiness across customer-facing workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Own program management for major product initiatives from scoping through delivery
• Facilitate alignment across departments, translating complexity into clear priorities and next steps
• Monitor customer and partner readiness, tracking milestones and adoption signals to ensure successful rollouts

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in a tech or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to lead through influence and build credibility without direct authority
• Experience with AI tools for workflow management and reporting
• Fluency in Jira for planning and tracking complex work
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
