Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage the operating rhythm between internal teams and OEM/ODM partners, focusing on program visibility, cross-functional alignment, and process improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own daily engagement with OEM/ODM partners for factory status tracking and operational execution
• Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent program visibility and risk management
• Establish and maintain an operating cadence for program reviews and updates, promoting continuous improvement across workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional programs related to operations or partner management
• Strong collaborator management skills with internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured plans and outcomes
• Experience in standardizing processes and improving operational workflows
