Job Summary
To support a prominent global biotech brand, the temporary Senior Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and broader go-to-market strategies while working remotely in the Pacific Time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, translating business strategy into creative execution
- Lead stakeholder communications for high-visibility campaigns and navigate complex feedback effectively
- Identify workflow gaps and proactively manage project risks to ensure timely delivery of all marketing deliverables
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of program or project management experience in marketing operations or creative agency environments
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing campaigns and the creative asset lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of enterprise project management platforms such as Workfront, Wrike, or Airtable
- Proven ability to drive consensus across matrixed teams and translate complex feedback into actionable steps
- Comfort operating as an embedded contract resource with minimal onboarding
