Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional HR transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will establish governance structures, manage program execution, and ensure alignment across HR, HRIS, and IT while working remotely from various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end program structure and governance model for HR transformation initiatives
• Drive integrated program planning and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
• Embed change management strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and adoption

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related fields
• 5 to 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a global technology or HR environment
• Strong experience in change management practices and stakeholder communications
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making
• Experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira
