Job Summary
Leading cross-functional HR transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will establish governance structures, manage program execution, and ensure alignment across HR, HRIS, and IT while working remotely from various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end program structure and governance model for HR transformation initiatives
- Drive integrated program planning and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Embed change management strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and adoption
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related fields
- 5 to 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a global technology or HR environment
- Strong experience in change management practices and stakeholder communications
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making
- Experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira
