Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, enterprise-wide e-commerce transformation programs, the temporary remote Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with executive stakeholders, drive alignment across teams, and manage cross-functional delivery milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce transformation programs from strategy through execution
• Provide clear communication and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading large-scale e-commerce programs or transformations
• Strong understanding of the 3-in-a-Box operating model and collaborative delivery frameworks
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in complex organizational environments
