Job Summary

To support a team managing customer contracts, the remote contract Senior Program Manager will oversee high visibility enterprise initiatives, facilitate project ceremonies, and track milestone delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the execution of enterprise initiatives related to customer contracts and partnerships
• Facilitate project ceremonies, including milestone planning and delivery tracking
• Identify risks and blockers while ensuring effective stakeholder management and communication

Required qualifications

• Experience as a program manager on high visibility enterprise initiatives
• Proven ability to run project ceremonies and track project milestones
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with technical concepts in a delivery environment
