Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex initiatives across multiple teams, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will own end-to-end outcomes, diagnose ambiguous situations, and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Own initiative outcomes end-to-end and take on responsibilities beyond immediate tasks as needed
• Diagnose complex situations and resolve issues through creative problem-solving and deep knowledge
• Identify AI and automation opportunities within the domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Deep program management experience with cross-functional ownership of complex initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to operate independently and engage others in complex scenarios
• Clear and direct communication skills, adaptable across different audiences
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments is preferred
