Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding strategy for specific MCAPS roles, the full-time Senior Program Manager will design and deliver impactful onboarding programs, manage end-to-end program delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learner engagement and success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs that align with MCAPS priorities and accelerate readiness across solution areas
• Own program management processes, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
• Partner with business leaders and enablement teams to ensure scalable and measurable onboarding experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in relevant fields such as learning and development, sales, or program management
• OR Master's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex onboarding or enablement programs
• Experience with automation and AI solutions to improve onboarding efficiency
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
