Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end readiness planning and change management initiatives for a strategic Microsoft client engagement, this full-time remote role will manage cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communications, and content execution while ensuring high-quality launches and readiness milestones.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary program/project management lead, aligning priorities and expectations with Microsoft client stakeholders and internal teams
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and status reporting, while surfacing risks and recommendations transparently
• Own readiness scheduling and manage dependencies, track risks, and drive issues to resolution with an ownership mindset

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in readiness and content-heavy initiatives
• Previous Microsoft experience required, with a strong understanding of teams, tools, and operating rhythms
• Familiarity with change management practices, particularly Prosci-based approaches
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of producing clear, stakeholder-ready content
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
