Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead end-to-end readiness planning and change management initiatives for a strategic Microsoft client engagement, the full-time Senior Program Manager will work remotely, managing cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communications, and content execution to ensure timely and high-quality launches.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary program/project management lead, aligning priorities and expectations with Microsoft client stakeholders and internal teams
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and status reporting, while managing risks and recommendations transparently
• Own readiness scheduling and manage dependencies, driving issues to resolution and ensuring timely delivery of program communications and content deliverables

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in readiness and content-heavy initiatives
• Previous experience working for Microsoft as a vendor or partner, with familiarity in navigating teams and tools
• Knowledge of Prosci-based change management practices to support organizational readiness
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work US Pacific hours and coordinate across time zones as needed
