Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Senior Program Manager will lead aerospace manufacturing projects, ensuring technical alignment, project coordination, and supplier engagement while driving quality and schedule adherence across the C929 program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate aerospace manufacturing projects through design, qualification, and production, tracking progress against milestones and risks
• Provide engineering liaison support, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and facilitating communication between Moog and Qing'an teams
• Identify technical and supply chain risks early, driving mitigation activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong technical communication skills
• Professional experience in aerospace, particularly in flight control actuation or aircraft systems integration
• Strong understanding of the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle and aerospace manufacturing processes
