Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic technology programs in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with global priorities while addressing local needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute technology programs to ensure effective integration across initiatives
• Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• More than 8 years of experience in project and program management, preferably in technology-driven environments
• Proven experience leading global or regional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced level of English (mandatory)
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in project management or technology is preferred
