Job Summary

Managing strategic initiatives remotely, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee cross-functional programs, ensure operational continuity, and drive projects from planning through execution while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs while providing regular status updates
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for project management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working with AI on project implementation
• 5+ years of experience with Anaplan
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
