Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing global program upgrade and retrofit projects for a client's data center portfolio, the full-time Senior Program Manager will lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, engage with internal customers, and oversee the entire project lifecycle remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the upgrades and retrofit construction project program process across multiple global locations
• Develop program budgets and cash flow, securing approvals on spending in collaboration with the client's Cost Control team
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to improve program processes and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering preferred
• At least 5 years of program management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on data center infrastructure or critical environments
• Familiarity with formal Program Management methods and standard methodologies
• Proficiency in standard business applications, with knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred
• Strong change management experience in development, implementation, and execution
