Job Summary

Owning the performance and outcomes of provider engagement and growth programs, the full-time Senior Market Operations Program Manager will manage program operations, lead cross-functional teams, and provide analytics support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operating model and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of results
• Lead cross-functional teams, driving progress through influence and data analysis while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Track program performance, providing concise updates and recommendations to senior leadership, and escalate issues promptly to mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or value-based care
• Experience building and monitoring physician network programs or clinical operations
• PMP certification or MBA is preferred
• Fluency with data analysis and the ability to communicate program metrics effectively to senior leaders
• Strong judgment in escalating issues and engaging with external stakeholders confidently
