Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing overall leadership and management, the full-time Senior Program Manager will coordinate performance across a remote contract, ensuring compliance with technical, schedule, cost, and quality requirements while serving as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Direct five contractor teams and establish the program-management structure and governance model
• Monitor staffing levels, project performance, and ensure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Conduct regular program-management reviews and provide technical direction for systems-development and integration activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Business Management
• Active PMP certification
• At least eight years of experience in technical direction and project management
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Five years of experience with change management and process improvement
