Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global execution of a network modernization program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee strategic milestones across SD-WAN, LAN, Wireless, and network security initiatives while managing a global team and ensuring effective delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic milestones and manage the integrated program plan across all workstreams
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for network delivery partners, governing vendor performance and alignment with program objectives
• Oversee program financial management, including forecasting, budget tracking, and identifying financial risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT program and project management experience
• Proven success in leading complex global infrastructure or network transformation programs
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions and regions
• Background in delivering projects within regulated environments, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
