Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, multi-workstream programs remotely, the full-time Senior Program Manager will own end-to-end program delivery, maintain governance for risks and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery from scoping and planning to completion and benefits realization
• Maintain program governance, including risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability for program milestones and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management, particularly in real estate or built environment
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-site programs ($13M+ or equivalent)
• Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or MSP certification preferred
• Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders and senior executives
