Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a transformation initiative, the temporary remote Senior Program Manager will manage the design and implementation of a third-party diligence and vendor onboarding operating model, coordinating across multiple functions to streamline processes and establish governance structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as overall program lead for the transformation initiative and manage the program roadmap, milestones, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and cross-functional working sessions to drive alignment among stakeholders
• Document current-state and future-state processes, ensuring project deliverables are completed on schedule and meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, process transformation, or business transformation
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
• Experience facilitating executive-level governance forums and managing stakeholder priorities
• Proven ability to drive projects forward without direct authority over teams
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities
