Job Summary

To deliver complex customer programs on time and at reference quality, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage project ownership, coordinate workstreams, and utilize AI tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable owner for complex customer programs, ensuring project management coverage across all signed contracts
• Coordinate efforts across technical workstreams and implementation teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
• Utilize AI tools to build applications and prototypes, enhancing project delivery and addressing gaps in engineering capacity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects in a SaaS environment
• Proven use of AI to support project management and delivery
• Experience with risk management to proactively identify and mitigate project issues
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and customer technical teams effectively
• Strategic thinking to align projects with business objectives
