Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of new pilot programs, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will translate contract outcomes and customer needs into actionable program strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for utility partners, guiding pilot programs from strategy through implementation and performance review
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of pilot programs, preparing client-ready performance updates and recommendations
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, collaborating with leadership to define pilot success metrics and prioritize the pilot pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on program strategy from concept to scale
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in technical project management or PMP
• Experience in utilities, energy efficiency, or data-intensive B2B environments, with a preference for behavioral energy efficiency
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships and serving as a primary client-facing contact
• Strong judgment and systems thinking abilities, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
