Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Connecting Product Management and Go-to-Market teams, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee complex software migration engagements, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure clear visibility into program health and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey program, defining workflows and establishing qualification criteria at each stage
• Establish KPIs to monitor customer flow health and ensure smooth transitions between teams
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies, escalating issues for leadership intervention as needed

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program/engagement management experience in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or consulting delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience tracking program health and fluency with program management or BI tools like Tableau and Jira
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting clear business narratives to C-suite audiences
• Experience with software implementations, cloud migrations, or large platform transitions
