Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the coordination of implementation and custom development efforts for enterprise partners, the remote Senior Program Manager will define feature requirements, manage project life cycles, and serve as the key liaison between clients and the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Enterprise partners to determine feature set needs and gather functional and technical requirements
• Provide program management support for complex integration and custom development efforts, ensuring software meets business requirements
• Mentor and train Program Managers while managing stakeholder engagement and project communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, or software application development in the financial services industry
• Clear understanding of enterprise software implementation and technical services
• Experience in building Financial Software applications and knowledge of Financial Planning concepts
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
