Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the evolution of AI-driven coordination workflows, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee the operational backbone of the System Intelligence Program, facilitating cross-pod dependencies and producing a reusable playbook in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Program operating rhythm, including syncs, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-pod dependencies, addressing conflicts and tracking resolutions
- Design and pilot AI/automation-driven coordination workflows to enhance project execution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI skill development, including prompt engineering and automation design
- 5+ years of experience in the advertising ecosystem and marketing strategies
- Proven track record of building structure and processes in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple teams without direct authority
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
