Job Summary
Leading a complex portfolio of programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overall delivery, financial performance, and customer relationships while working remotely to enhance digital services for Veterans and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Own all aspects of program performance, including technical delivery, financial health, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects and teams, managing program scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop strategic program plans that align with organizational objectives and enhance customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years managing complex technology service delivery programs or projects
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and senior-level stakeholders
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification
