Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead the development and execution of complex programs, the remote, full-time Senior Program Manager will manage program schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while providing oversight and mentorship across cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program development, planning, execution, and governance, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, preparing and presenting program status updates
• Provide guidance to project managers and monitor project health to ensure alignment with program goals

Required Qualifications

• Significant program and project management experience, preferably in healthcare or managed care
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience presenting program progress and metrics to executive leadership
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
