Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide certification and compliance programs, the remote Senior Program Manager will drive regulatory readiness initiatives, shape compliance strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global cybersecurity requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead certification and compliance programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Develop and maintain compliance strategies aligned with global regulatory requirements, including CRA and FIPS standards
- Coordinate external audits and communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Program Management experience with complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong background in compliance and certification initiatives related to cybersecurity standards
- Experience in developing and executing compliance strategies in technology-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align teams around regulatory objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
