Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Program Manager will build and enhance planning and performance systems for Product and Marketing operations, working remotely or from one of the US offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage the infrastructure for annual and quarterly planning, including templates, calendars, and reporting systems
- Develop and maintain the OKR operating system and KPI dashboards to track organizational performance and progress
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and simplification of recurring tasks across Product and Marketing
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or related fields
- Proven experience in building and operating planning and reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled workflow design and process improvement
