Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency's Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) Production Software, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage program cost, schedule, performance, and coordination in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall program management support for the development and maintenance of NGA's TERPS production software capability
- Manage program cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and risks in an Agile software development setting
- Coordinate with NGA Government Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful software delivery
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 years with a Master's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing software development or IT programs/projects
- Experience leading Agile software development teams and managing release/sprint planning
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience coordinating with technical teams and program stakeholders
