Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of chatbot automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage end-to-end planning and coordination across Shopper and Customer support programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning and coordination for multiple chatbot automation initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
• Drive program execution by maintaining momentum and visibility of risks across technical teams, operations, and leadership
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure for program tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional communication

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations program management within a technology or customer experience organization
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional stakeholders and clear communication of status
• Familiarity with automation, AI, or chatbot technology programs and their operational deployment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
• Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive critical work forward
