Job Summary
Managing the Workflow Transformation portfolio, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee integrated transformation initiatives, vendor engagements, and operational readiness activities while coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and visibility into project progress.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Workflow Transformation portfolio, ensuring visibility across initiatives and operational improvement efforts
- Coordinate planning, prioritization, governance, and reporting routines across various functions within the organization
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive scorecards to facilitate leadership decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Program Management, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or transformation management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within a structured governance environment
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to develop decision-ready materials
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project/portfolio reporting tools
