Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Partnering closely with leadership, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will drive the execution of strategic priorities in R&D Quality, focusing on operational excellence, portfolio coordination, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual strategic priorities and operating plans in collaboration with capability leaders
- Coordinate execution of RDQ priorities through standardized processes and monitor organizational objectives
- Facilitate strategic workshops and support implementation of transformation initiatives across supported capabilities
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, or quality assurance
- Experience supporting leadership teams in a matrixed organization
- Advanced skills in program or portfolio management
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience preferred
