Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading program execution and team management, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee day-to-day program tasks, ensuring customer requirements and financial goals are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, cost targets, and schedules
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project management personnel, fostering teamwork and collaboration
• Conduct customer negotiations and manage the PMO portion of bids and proposals for new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 10+ years of relevant Program/Project Management experience
• Customer service orientation and effective written, oral, and presentation skills
• Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
• PMI Certification preferred
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level
