Job Summary
Managing the Global Website Redesign program, the remote Senior Program Manager will oversee enterprise-wide strategic priorities, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains while employing professional program management frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and manage major enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including product and country launches
- Build and maintain detailed program plans, Gantt charts, and status updates while integrating cross-functional workstreams
- Lead program-related activities, guiding project team members and assessing program risks and issues for successful delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10-12 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role
- Medical Device Program Management experience
- Agile certification and transformation experience
- Experience leading the development and launch of complex innovative hardware and software products
