Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Focused on driving adoption and change management for the transition to RainFocus, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage stakeholder engagement, build training materials, and oversee the migration from prior event platforms in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping and communication strategies
• Build and deliver training sessions, documentation, and support materials for users transitioning to RainFocus
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team, managing enablement workstreams and tracking KPIs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing, events operations, or program management
• Hands-on experience with event management platforms, specifically RainFocus
• Experience with migration processes from platforms like Splash or Cvent
• Strong stakeholder communication and training delivery skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
