Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the operational execution and financial yield for a multi-megawatt portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage strategic utility partner relationships and oversee program performance across the Northeast region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead P&L performance across active open market programs and serve as the primary operational relationship owner for Northeast utility partners
- Ensure technical cohesion with third-party DERMS administrators and prepare program operations for next-generation capabilities
- Collaborate with business development and policy teams to evaluate regional expansions, define operational modeling, and oversee customer participation journeys
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience within energy markets or related fields
- Proven understanding of behind-the-meter storage assets, DERMS platforms, and utility tariff structures
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce; basic SQL/data manipulation preferred
- Experience managing program P&Ls and contractual obligations with financial acumen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
