Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing high-level strategy and project delivery for large Smart Utility initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and align project plans with company goals and customer expectations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Interface with external customers and internal teams to facilitate project coordination and resource management
• Lead contract negotiations and monitor ongoing vendor performance to ensure adherence to contract terms and resolve disputes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading large public-sector programs with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure and smart utility technologies
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Preferred PMP, PgMP, CCM, PE, or other relevant professional certification
